Being overweight is not healthy
Is your weight affecting your health, have you noticed all your clothing no longer fits.
But you keep on overeating and not exercising because you chose to believe the “body positive” culture telling you fat is beautiful. These people do not tell you that being overweight is unhealthy.

Now is the time to stop kidding yourself that being overweight is OK because it isn’t. Anything that affects your health is not OK; it has nothing to do with being happy in your own body. Things like the shape of your nose, freckles or the colour of your skin are the things you should be body positive about not being overweight.
Being overweight and damaging your health is irresponsible and should not be celebrated.
You only have one body and one short life.
Now is the time to stop telling yourself that being overweight is a positive thing because you look good and take action before it is too late. Your binge eating and sedentary lifestyle are killing you.
Not everyone has the will power to do this on their own, some need gentle encouragement, and others need strict discipline to make the diet and exercise.
