If you are obese, you increase the risk of dying if you catch Covid-19
How much weight have you gained during the lockdown?
Every day we hear of the tragic deaths from this virus, and one of the facts is that if you are obese, your risk of being hospitalised and dying is far more significant is you are overweight.
Stop listening to all the people who tell you that it’s OK to be obese, and to be happy with the way you are, they are wrong, and their advice could be putting your life at risk.
If you are obese, you increase your risk of a more severe illness or death if you get Covid-19. Now is the time to take action and stop leading a sedentary lifestyle and eat a healthy, sensible diet.
I am not saying you must be ultra-thin size 6. What I am saying is you need to exercise regularly and maintain healthy body weight for your frame. Get your BMI down to a safe level.
It is not easy making these changes to your life, forcing yourself to go out and exercise, saying no to fast food & cakes and yes to healthy foods instead.
There are lots of diets on the market, we are all different, and our bodies react to diets differently, but we all will benefit from doing more exercise and eating a more balanced diet and less junk food.
Some people have the self-discipline to do this, some people need extra motivation like going to a weight loss class and getting encouragement from other dieters, and others need strict rules and accountability to make the changes in their lives and lose weight.
My service is for those who know they need strict discipline to lose weight, whether it be long-distance or one on one I can offer you focus and accountability to help you become a healthier person.
