Sir, thank you so much for working with me. Your guidance has helped me live a healthier lifestyle. I am now walking more every day instead of sitting, and still keeping track of my daily steps. I’m also doing exercises and not eating as many sweets. I’ve lost some weight, and feel much better. My house is cleaner, and a better living environment for my family. The dishes are not piled up in the sink, and there’s not stuff laying on the floor.
